Arrival time:
Allow at least an hour before your start. You will need time to change, warm up, use the loo and visit our sponsors’ tents.

Baggage:
Free baggage storage will be provided for all runners. Use the bag tag provided in your race pack. To save time, please write your race number and your name clearly on the tag and attach it to your bag before you arrive. This will enable us to check your bag in quickly, giving you more time to warm up and enjoy the atmosphere.
* Baggage is left at your own risk and Leukaemia Research is not responsible for loss or theft of property.

Toilets:
Please arrive at least an hour before the start of the race to allow time to warm up and go to the toilet. We will have a number of toilets available in the race village.

Race numbers:
Please make sure your race number is pinned securely at all four corners on the FRONT of your race t-shirt and not covering up the Leukaemia Research logo. It must not be folded, cut or mutilated in any way.

Disposable timing chip:

This year we are happy to announce the usage of disposable timing chips provided by Sport Systems. Attached to the back of your race number is a devise that will ensure accurate timing results. Please DO NOT manipulate the devise in any way. Doing so will make it inactive. When you cross the finish line your chip will automatically calculate your race time and let you know how many bananas you managed to beat.
* Because we are using disposable timing chips we will not need to collect anything from you at the finish of the race. You can keep the chip and your race number as memento from the event.

Medical information:
Please fill in your name and emergency contact information on the back of your race number.

Race results:
Race results will be posted immediately following the race in the race village, courtesy of Sports Systems, as well as posted online at www.bananaman10k.com. You will be able to see your race time and how many bananas you beat.
