The Bananaman Chase 10k at Kempton Park
This years Bananaman Chase 10k at Kempton Park on Sunday 22nd June was a huge success, a big thank you to everyone who took part in the first Kempton Park event.
This year our top ten bananas, the band and some brilliant supporters added to the fun by motivating our army of runners. The bananas highlighted the importance of events like this by sharing their personal experiences of blood cancers.
The first ever Junior Bananaman Chase 2k was great fun as children and their guardians gave the 3 bananas they chased a run for their money. The junior run really added to the family atmosphere of the day.
In 2007 we raised a fantastic £100,000 to fund our life-saving blood cancer research and we are hoping this will be bigger and better in 2008.
